Dr. Breakey is a Pastoral Psychologist and ordained minister with over 30 years’ experience in counseling and human services.  He has successfully applied his training and wisdom in roles with the Air Force Academy, as a Hospital Palliative Care and Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor, in an innovative program  with the Florida Metropolitan University, and in his own private practice.
