Hark! “Tis the season for merry-making, love-launching, and joy-jumping! Folks all over the world are celebrating their various traditions. We ae creating peace on Earth, right here, right now, and everyone has a role to play in holding the highest frequency possible as we go through these exciting roller-coaster times. Steve Dean is a meditation teacher in the Kriya Yoga Tradition.  He is also the Director of the Nantahala Spiritual Retreat.  Steve’s understanding of the Soul and its relationship to God was deepened by a Near Death Experience (NDE) in 2022.  Steve believes that every Soul eventually comes home to a full Awakening in God.

In today’s talk, we will explore Ernest Holmes’ look at what we are responding to when we are drawn to another or pull away. What part of this is an unconscious thought transference or intuition? When are we responding to others or our own projections instead of remembering the truth of who we are? When we are taking without permission, or allowing without clarity or conscious understanding of why we are giving consent, discomfort results. We will explore some tools to help us know if we are fully aware of what we are responding to and what our own motivations are.
