Weekly Nature Walk at Haywood Community College (HCC) 

Tuesdays | 5:00–6:00 PM | June 24 – September 16, 2025

Join us for a weekly soul-refreshing Nature Walk around the HCC tranquil pond and into the peaceful woods of Haywood Community College. Each walk is guided at a gentle pace and adapted to the group’s mobility—whether we stroll beneath leafy trees or pause by the water’s edge, we move together with presence, connection, and ease.

 Meeting Point: Behind the HCC Library in the parking lot. The Library is the Building 2 – Alder in the HCC Campus Map

 Bring: A hat, water, and walking stick if you’d like

 All ages and abilities welcome, friends, families and pets are welcome!

Look for Building 2 – Alder on the Haywood Community College campus map. Our walk begins in the parking lot directly behind the Library. Follow signs for Freedlander Drive to enter campus, then head toward the Library area.
