As we move fully into the winter season, it is wise to consciously welcome this time of regeneration & introspection. Putting up resistance or an attitude of “NO, I do not like this” will make for a LONG, slow season of unpleasant experiences. Let’s explore the many ways to ‘allow’ & even embrace these winder months with anticipation, joy & ease.
