A great truth in all spiritual paths is that in order to love others we must first love ourselves. So it starts with us…how we care for our bodies, our minds, our Spirit. We then become an example to others to take care of themselves as well. We especially must teach children about self-care because the children are the future. We want those who will be guiding us into a new Golden Age to the healthy in body/mind/Soul. And it begins with each of us.
