Crystal healing is rooted in ancient cultures and spiritual practices from around the world.  Many people are rediscovering (or perhaps remembering) the benefits of crystals as they look for holistic ways to reduce stress, create physical, mental and emotional wellness, and enhance spiritual balance.  Crystals carry their own vibrational energy that can interact with the human energy field to assist with meditation, grounding, mental clarity, manifesting, and much more.  Just as other humans, animals and trees can be our teachers, so can crystals.  Connecting with the mineral kingdom can increase our sense of inner peace and healing.  Join Donna as she explores the benefits of some of her favorite crystals.
