This will start on August 23, from 2 – 4pm.  Creating with the Inner Child – it is my pleasure to provide a space of non-judgement and non-criticism where we can explore the creative musings of our inner child – get out of our head and back into our heart. These sessions will be beneficial in helping us heal and balance ourself, freeing ourself from expectation and remembering to be in the Present Moment. There’s no time like the Present! So let’s shake off the shackles of fear and enjoy indulging in the freedom we remember we had as kids before became conditioned by worldly expectations of ourselves and each other. Let’s create with Love & Joy!

Sessions may include crafting, gentle movement, impromptu acting and writing, a myriad of creative expressions to free the mind and be present in the heart.

Each event is $15, to cover supplies. No one turned away.
