“Experiences with Centering Prayer”
“Centering Prayer” was developed in the 1970s by Catholic monastics who wanted to develop a meditation practice for lay people. It has been widely adopted by people in the broader Christian church who have a contemplative nature, and I would like to share some of my experiences with this form of meditation.
Ken Gilligan was a physician for 40 years, mostly working in medical emergency departments. He has been a metaphysician for more than 50 years and is reclaiming his spiritual consciousness, every day. His viewpoint is Christian Metaphysics.
